Arctic Armor covers are made of super-strong two-ply mesh with a break strength of over 4,000 lbs. During use, the cover is held in place with brass anchors. Arctic Armor® Super Mesh™ is the finest mesh safety cover you can buy – period! While functioning as a traditional safety cover, it will protect your family and pets from accidental drowning while improving the appearance of your pool in the off-season. Super Mesh™ features include:

SUPERIOR STRENGTH – Super Mesh™’s fabric is made from very tough strands, making it stronger than standard mesh material and better able to withstand heavy snow loads and extreme wind. Rugged stainless steel springs provide added strength.

TIGHTER WEAVE – Super Mesh™’s tightly woven fabric provides two levels of protection. Since this tight weave provides almost total shade, the sun’s algae producing rays do not enter the water, leaving your pool virtually algae-free in the spring. This super tight weave allows water to seep through the cover, but filters out all but the finest debris. Since almost no dirt or debris gets into your pool, spring opening is quicker, easier and requires fewer chemicals.

Our Premium Commercial Mesh covers are manufactured with industrial-grade mesh fabric that will withstand heavier snow loads, extreme wind, longer exposure to harmful UV rays and will last 2 TIMES longer than a standard mesh cover. Covers are made with 5’x5’ reinforcing straps that make them 50% stronger than traditional mesh safety covers with a break strength of over 5200 lbs. Premium Commercial Mesh's heavy construction and unique weave means this cover won't rip even after a large branch or sharp object cuts the cover. Reinforced straps and super tough mesh means the Premium Commercial Mesh cover resist deck abrasion much better.

Our tight weave mesh provides your pool with two layers of protection. Since the covers’ weave is tighter than a standard mesh cover it provides excellent shade, which reduces algae growth in the spring. The mesh screens out all but the finest debris, but allows the cover to drain eliminating spring cover pumping.
